The woven bamboo cuts the light and casts its pattern on the wall, like the shadow of a basket.
A wall light with an open weave, made by hand in natural bamboo. The light filters between the strands and draws patterns around it, which makes it as much a decorative object as an extra light. The wooden backplate stays compact, enough to fit it beside a bed or in a narrow corridor.
Features
- Natural bamboo, weave made by hand
- Shade 20 cm in diameter by 15 cm high
- Wooden backplate about 12 cm in diameter
- One E27 socket, works with LED, incandescent or low-energy bulbs
- Bulb not included, or warm white 3000 K or cool white 6000 K depending on the version
- Wall mounted, fitted without any extra accessory
Everyday use
At the head of a bed, it replaces a bedside lamp and frees up the night table. In a hallway or a stairwell, it gives a low, warm light, enough to move about in the evening.
Our approach
Plant materials worked by hand, a compact format, a standard socket: nothing that forces you to buy specific equipment.
