Changing the lampshade is often all it takes for an old lamp to become presentable again.
A 26 cm fabric cylinder, with no pattern or frills: the light comes out softened by the cloth, at the top as at the bottom. Ten colours are available, which leaves enough to match the whole to a room that is already furnished. It fits a table lamp, a floor lamp, a pendant light or a wall light alike.

Day to day
It is the simplest way to rescue an inherited or second-hand light whose base you like but whose shade has yellowed. You change it again two years later, without replacing the lamp.
Our approach
Replacing the worn part rather than the whole object. A lampshade costs a fraction of a lamp, and lets you keep a base you are fond of.
